This mental health awareness course is a fantastic opportunity to improve basic knowledge of some of the most common mental health issues, providing an introduction to improving confidence in language and overall awareness of poor mental health and helps to reduce stigma in the workplace, and encourage open conversations around the topic of mental health.

Ideal for individuals wanting to learn the basics of what mental health is by attending, or for organisations looking to improve mental health awareness across their organisation by providing this training for their staff either through the open/public online course, or booking a private company online or face-to-face course. This awareness also helps to improve knowledge of what the Mental Health First Aiders do in your organisation, and how they can work with them.

This is a 3.5 hour online (or face-to-face in-company), with either a morning or afternoon session.

For in-company, awareness timings are flexible to suit your organisation.

Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities

For in-company bookings, numbers are a minimum of 8 up to 25.
