MHFA MENTAL HEALTH AWARE
This mental health awareness course is a fantastic opportunity to improve basic knowledge of some of the most common mental health issues, providing an introduction to improving confidence in language and overall awareness of poor mental health. This helps to reduce stigma in the workplace and encourage open conversations around the topic of mental health.
Ideal for individuals wanting to learn the basics of what mental health is, or for organisations looking to improve mental health awareness across their organisation. This also helps to improve knowledge of what Mental Health First Aiders do, and how they can work with them.

Format

This is a 3.5 hour online (or face-to-face in-company), with either a morning or afternoon session.

For in-company, awareness timings are flexible to suit your organisation.

Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities

For in-company bookings, numbers are a minimum of 8 up to 25.
Everyone who completes the course gets:

A certificate of attendance to say you have completed the Mental Health Aware course.
