Mental Health Champion
This course qualifies you as an MHFA Champion, giving you:

An understanding of common mental health issues

Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness

Ability to spot signs of mental ill health

Skills to support positive wellbeing

One day 9am - 5pm (for in-company bookings course times can be varied to suit your organisation)

Learning takes place through live training via the MHFA Online Learning Hub or face-to-face.

Places are limited to 16 people per course to keep people safe and supported.
