As founder of Rejuvenate Mental Health and a trainer in both physical and mental health first aid for nearly 10 years, the Mini Medic courses are exceptional for raising important awareness, reducing stigma, and teaching children more about their wellbeing and the link between mental and physical health.

 

The Mini Medic training courses are a superb introduction to first aid, with material aimed at ages between 7 and 13, depending on the course selected. With two delivery timing options available, we can provide the courses suited to your needs and the age range of the children participating.

Rejuvenate can provide both the physical and mental health first aid Mini Medic training to workplaces for family days and mental health awareness events, youth and community groups, schools, and private events.

There are different sessions to select, with 1 hour or 3 hour options.
