Service Description
Mental Health First Aid course (MHFAider®). Training delivered face-to-face, 9am - 5pm, over two days in the beautiful village of Redbourn, Herts (between St Albans and Hemel Hempstead). Includes: MHFA England accredited Instructor Member training MHFAider digital manual MHFA hard-copy workbook Action card and lanyard MHFA England certificate MHFAider support, webinars, and MHFAider® App for 3 years (duration of certificate). Refreshments included throughout each day. Notebook and pen. A private room is available for prayer or as a quiet space if required. £325 per person.

Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me. To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48 hour cooling off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an online course or face to face, If a face to face course has to be cancelled due to COVID-19, you will be notified and automatically offered a place on an equivalent online course or invited to attend an alternative face to face course. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough or temperature you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you. Please note face masks and social distancing will apply to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
